can't get it to work

I have followed the diretions. I have uploaded it onto my server which is at&t. I uploaded it into my htdocs file. I changed the file to store. when you go to www.midwestrockfest.com/store it says that it can't be found. What the beeep am I doing wrong. If I can't even get it installed how am I going to set it up? I do a web page with an existing zen cart so if I can just get it up and running I would be in business. crap I am frustrated.

No. I uploaded with my dreamweaver. I am just a bit over my head with this one. I am self taught in web design with dreamweaver. At one time I had this uploaded to the site and was setting it up. Then they decided not to use zen cart so I deleted it off of my computor and the server side. Not one day goes by and they decide to go with zen cart. Now I can't remember how I did it.

1. htdocs is folder that you use in your LOCAL Apache server.
Where did you find it on your server ?

2. If you installed zen-cart in folder that you named htdocs, and after installation changed its name into store - then you broke database - files connection.

If you want to install zen-cart to open it with:
www.midwestrockfest.com/store
and you have cpanel on your server, then:
Open your cpanel / File Manager,
Find public_html dir, and open it, and you will be in the root of your web-site.

1. In root of your site, make new folder and name it "store"
2. Using FTP - upload all zen-cart dir-s and files into store
3. From cpanel home page MySQL databases / .. you make an empty MySQL database ( remember its name you'll need it during zen-cart installation )
4. Start installation ( type in browser www.midwestrockfest.com/store )
5. Follow installation instructions and you will get new zen-cart store

Step 2 - Most servers give you possibility to upload zipped files and then simply extract them. So you can give a try with zen-cart zipped installation file.

No I didn't name the folder htdocs. that is the file that I upload the site into.
I uploaded the zen cart folder into the htdocs. then I renamed the zen cart folder store. so it looks like www>htdocs>store>etc.

I'm not familiar with Windows based servers, but my guess is that something didn't upload properly. Try using an FTP client like Filezilla. Dreamweaver isn't the best thing to use with Zen Cart.

It seems that you are on the right road.
I opened http://midwestrockfest.com/store/
and get list of few direcories of zen-cart that you uploaded about 16 - 17.00 hours.
So ... you need to upload all directories and files to start.
