Charset and

Quick question-

We're building a site for someone. I'm having a problem with the charset.

http://www.zonetreadmills.com/index....d=9&chapter=90

AND

http://www.zonetreadmills.com/index....d=8&chapter=80

In the form I'm getting this-



I've tried changing the charset in the english.php file to charset=UTF-8 from charset=iso-8859-1

The forms are some custom ones we put in with PHP using FCKEditor.

Any ideas whats up and how to destroy these characters?

This is a real fresh install, in fact no products in yet.

It's not a Zen Cart issue.
Your problem is in whatever you're using for your phpforms script (which you've somehow embedded in your ZC page), located at:
