    Via admin, go to screen where you entered products and
    their details etc...HOW many have you entered as in stock?

    In your admin panel:

    ADMIN>>>CONFIGURATION>>>PRODUCT LISTING

    Find these two settings and alter them to suit your needs:

    Display Product Add to Cart Button (0=off; 1=on; 2=on with Qty Box per Product)

    Hi to Misty. i have tried all three settings and still no 'add to cart' box. i am getting to the point where i feel like going right back to the beginning and starting all over again.

    Could you peek in the settings for Catalog ... Product Type ... and see if you have Add to Cart set to Y on your product type?

    NOTE: make sure on Configuration ... Store Status ... that you have set that back to the default setting for Normal Store:
    Store Status
    What is your Store Status
    0= Normal Store
    1= Showcase no prices
    2= Showcase with prices

    My apologies to Ajeh. In my frustration i posted a new question in general questions - 'lost add to cart box' before i saw your message or Misty's. I reached the point you suggested before reading your message. My store is set to 0 = normal store. I thought ebooks (pdf's) were document products and had that set for yes - add to cart. Products - general was set to No but has been amended. The add to cart box reappeared. However when clicked i get the message ''On the option for :download You picked an invalid selection;PDF. I don't know why. Furthermore i still don't have a 'back' button or 'continue' button. Should i continue with this thread or the other?
