USPS shipping ERROR outside the US

I am trying to set-up shipping to Egham, Surrey UK.

I have latest zen cart and USPS module. I enabled ALL the international shipping methods as well.

BUT

My sample package is 2.15lbs and should qualify for flat rate shipping under 4lbs, but this does not show up as an option.

I get global options, EMS and one regular priority mail option.

Any thoughts?

forget it. I still had the old shipping module even though I thought I had updated it. all is well now. maintaining too many site....not really.

I did have an old version, but even when I installed the new version of the shipping module I still don't have the flat rate priority mail for international. my weight is 2lbs and the tare is 3:0 so the total weight is 2.06lbs. Under 4lbs should qualify for flat rate shipping. Any thoughts?

Make sure that your did a REMOVE, INSTALL and reconfigure ...

I just finished reading some of the threads regarding international shipping issues. I also have an issue with it. I installed the latest version of zencart, but only got 3 international options. Then decided to replace it with the patch from May. That helped another option to dislay:

Global Express Guaranteed (1 - 3 days)
$68.50Express Mail International (EMS) (6 days)
$28.95Express Mail International (EMS) Flat-Rate Envelope (6 days)
$52.50Priority Mail International (6 - 10 days)

I'm still missing the following 4:

-First class mail international package (will only go upto max 4 lb - which is at least 3 books)
-Priority International Small Flatrate box ($12.95)
-Priority International regular/Medium Flatrate box ($41.95)
-Priority International Large Flatrate box ($53.95)

I have small/med and large package tare both set to 0:0 and have selected all international options except for

Global Express Non-Doc Rect
Global Express Non-Doc Non-Rect

I already removed, reinstalled and reconfigured a few times but to no avail. Can you please direct me to what else I need to do?

What is the Ship From address and Ship To address and the Weight being sent?

Edit the file:

and change the two arrays to read:

There seems to be another problem with usps. I am also having a problem with international shipping. The only thing working right now is international priority mail.
