Alway enter different Billing/Shipping addresses

Hi,

My Zen Cart store ships gifts from the U.S to people overseas.
I would like to "force" the customer to go straight to the 'checkout_shipping_address' / 'Change Shipping Address ' page after checking out from the shopping cart in order to enter a new shipping address. Currently, the customer will navigate to the 'checkout_shipping' / 'Shipping Method' page that has a link to that page.
(The shipping address and the billing address should not be the same as it is now by default.)

I would also like to hide the State/Province, Zip and Country fields on the 'Change Shipping Address' page since we will only be delivering to a specific country.

I would be very grateful for advice on how to do this.

I need to do that, too. My shop (client's shop) is 90% gifts to other people, so having the 'Shipping Address' default to be filled in with the billing address is kind of annoying and may actually make the customer miss filling in the shipping address of the gift recipient.

Anyone able to help us with this one?

Bunyip suggested some changes - tested and they work great. I modified some of the new address page text so it made sense when the customer landed there first.
