Newbe needs help please

How can I change the wording:

"Your order will be shipped to the address at the left or you may change the shipping address by clicking the Change Address button."

Also is there a way to change it so a customer has to enter a shipping address instead of it going to the default billing address.

When ever you want to find the file that something comes from, use the developers tool kit under admin -->tools -->look-up in all files.

Just fill in what you are looking for, chose catalog/admin and press search and you should be able to find it.

Well that only told you how to find it, once you find it you will need edit the file, so you will need a editor, the editor's of chose around seems to be notepad++, crimson, etc..., and you will need a FTP program to get the file back and forth.
