Now, if you go to the Admin and look in the Modules ... Shipping ... and click on Edit ... do you see this:

Zone 1 Countries
Comma separated list of two character ISO country codes that are part of Zone 1.
Set as 00 to indicate all two character ISO country codes that are not specifically defined.

Read it carefully ...

Sorry for not getting back to you last night...
I think I understand where you are pointing me too. I have added the neccessary comma needed and Domestic Shipping seems to be fixed.

It no longer says Shipping Rates (Shipping to US):
It now says Shipping Rates (Shipping to ):

International is another story. The international shipping is still not being calculated in the Order Total part of the page seen here.


Did I not take your advice correctly? Or am I just a complete moron when it comes to this?

Check the Products you are adding to the Cart ...

Are any of them marked as:
Always Free Shipping YES
Virtual Products YES
Downloads

One thing I was wondering is if you save all the Shipping settings on your Shipping modules to NotePad and then do a REMOVE, INSTALL and re-configure do they start working correctly?

We only have one product that comes in 6 lovely colors
And yes, that product has everything marked NO for the radios you asked about.

I have also done the C&P - remove/re-install. Should I try this again perhaps?

On the Zone 2 ... you have a slew of Countries in there are they suppose to be all the countries except the US?

If so, why not use 00 where it says use 00 for all countries not otherwise defined?
