how to i upload multiple images via ftp?

I'm using EW and wondered if I can use that to upload my multiple images to my image folders, also - can i create my images folder (for med and laege) images or do I have to have my webmaster do that? Can I do it from my ew program or directly thru admin in ZC? If so , how exactly do I do that?

Do not know what EW is??
Do you have a FTP Client? Like filezilla?

With it you can create folders - - the ones you referenced should already exist, upload/download files, change permissions etc
