usps shipping not showing up

I have an account with usps and webtools. I can't get Internl Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope or Flat Rate Box, or International 1st Class to show up. Also cannot get Domestic 1st Class. Called USPS they said on their end everything is set up and the shipping is set to Production mode. Anyone know how to change this?

Check your settings and enable the debug mode to get an email with the details and this should shed some light??

This used to work. I'm looking at 2 customer's sites I have and both of them are not showing Priority Mail International Flate Rate Envelope and Box now. So something with zen cart need to be updated with USPS.

What version of ZenCart? and the other things listed when you start a reply....
