Timeout and Whoops! message

Hi,
I'm having this weird problem:
after putting an item into the cart and trying to log in I receive this message:

Whoops! Sorry, but you are not allowed to perform the action requested.
You are still logged in to your account and may continue shopping. Please choose a destination from the Styles menu on the right.

Cart is empty at that point.

I'm running latest version of Zen Cart, with a couple of mods, mainly COWOA and SSL
