Default Gateway other than Authorize.net? ... client has Transaction Central merchant account

My client is using the merchant account: Transaction Central. XML Interface in their current store.

    How do I add them?

I have looked EVERYWHERE and there is no tutorial or mention on how to add merchant accounts that are not Authorize.net. Must this be done via an addon? If so, which one is the most recommended?

There are two Transaction Central payment modules in the downloads area.
