Receiving error _Autentication not set up or API not right.

I have installed Paypal Express and get the following error when I press the Paypal button.

"Paypal authentication settings not set up or API security information not correct."

I believe that the API security information is correct.


QUESTIONS:

1. I cannot find where to set the Paypal autentications settings.
2. Are these two sets of settings separate and both need to be accomplished or is it an either/or situation.

That's usually a result of using "live" API credentials but choosing "sandbox" mode. If you want to use "live" credentials, use "live" mode. If you want to use sandbox mode for some reason, then you'll need to us sandbox api credentials.
