Help with shipping setup

Ok im stuck, this is what im tring to do -

UK Delivery £3
Each additional item £1

Europe Delivery £5
Each additional item £2

How do i set this up i did install the mod that allows you to have Item International & Item National

But now im stuck so if anyone could help that would be great.

What ever i do i get a yellow dot in my Shipping Modules. I have set up the zones ect but don't know where im going wrong.

The yellow dot also means that you have filters or zones setup ...

What shipping module(s) are you using?

I just want to have the following:

UK Delivery £4
Each additional item £1

Europe Delivery £7
Each additional item £1

USA and Canada £9

What is the easiest way to do this even if the customer selects the shipping

That really isn't how the Zone Rates zones works ...

You would really want to clone your Item Rate item shipping module for this ...

Build your Zones for each of these 3 areas so that they can be added to the shipping modules ...

Next, clone the Item Rate item shipping module for:
itemuk.php
itemeurope.php
itemuscad.php

UK
Handing: 3
Shipping Cost: 1

Europe
Handling: 6
Shipping Cost: 1

USA and Canada
Handling: 8
Shipping cost: 1

Unless you mean $9.00 regardless of the order, then use the Flat Rate with Shipping Cost as 9.00 ...

For cloning the shipping modules, do a search on:
clone item

Bearing in mind that the question was "what is the easiest way" ... Advanced Shipper from ceon.net (a commercial module, but not too expensive) will allow this, and is considerably easier than cloning modules.
