just had a customer could not make an order through the cart due to their campus computer system.
So I sent them the option to pay for the item not going through the cart, which they did but now I was wondering if there was a way to add their order to zencart, as if they had gone through the store to make order.
I add information to their order and i find it helps to keep customers informed on tracking, and to keep them coming back.
