Im now getting the same error 10413
I tried this fix

but it didnt work.
My site has 17.5% vat enabled on products and tax set to "-none-" on shipping. I need to show the subtotal to customers.
When my customers enter their paypal info using paypal standard (not express), they recieve the 10413 error after confirming the order.
The total in the shopping cart appeared to match the one displayed on paypal, but the error still occurs.
Can someone please help me as soon as possible.
