Setting up zones...confused :-( please help

Sorry, this may be simple but i've tried for a few hours and still can't find the info/figure it out...

I'm using table rate shipping calculation which someone kindly helped me with. However, I want to have different calculation for different zones. i.e.

UK
Europe
Rest Of The World

I've set up a module that enables more table rate options but I can't for the life of me figure out how to add countries to each of the zones.

I want to add spain, france, germany etc. etc. to the europe zone and obviously every other country to the rest of the world.

Can someone direct me to the relevant forum post or tutorial as I haven't been able to find the info I need.

sorry, I believe I have worked it out. It was the Zones Definition page that I needed to use right?

However I have installed addition Table Rate options and in the help file for that I get:

You will need to edit lines 24, 25, & 26 of ./includes/languages/modules/shipping/ for all of the modules you wish to use.
If you fail to change these areas you will see a line telling you were to make the change in your admin and catalog (file and line).

Now, I have lines 24, 25, & 26 in front of me but what exactly should I be changing the text to?
