    Default Inherited website

    Hi All,

    A noob question, but i recently got a job for a electronics manufacturer and i need to update they're website. Needless to say i know nothing about zen-cart, but so far pretty straightforward. I need to add products and i have successfully done so, however there is a spec sheet for each and when i specify location(even though i use format that is same for other products that work) when i click on link to d/l spec sheet i get "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." I have verified files are at location specified.

    Do i need to upload file location or something? please help!!!

    using

    Zen Cart 1.3.0.2
    Database Patch Level: 1.3.0.2
    v1.3.0.2 [2006-06-21 10:30:37] (Version Update 1.3.0.1->1.3.0.2)
    v1.3.0.1 [2006-06-21 10:30:32] (Version Update 1.3.0->1.3.0.1)
    v1.3.0.1 [2006-05-19 15:20:40] (Fresh Installation)

    Spec sheets are not a default function but could be included in several manners.

    A link to the site and or to a DL that works and one that does not and one of us on the forum can most likely determine a course of action

    You will have to provide url or screenshot, otherwise no one will be able to help.
    I no longer provide installation support on forum for all my modules. However, if there are real bugs with the modules please feel free to contact me

    First thing I would do is necessary backups then upgrade.

    Might as well work with a newer / better script version before spending time fixing problems; some of which you may not yet know about but will be corrected with the newer version.

    I resolved it...the one site is not configured correctly and not accepting uploads..although it shows the files uploaded it doesn't allow for links...zen software is working fine! I'm rather pleased with it...Thank you all for the fast responses!
