    Default HELP! blank screen at confirm order

    My site has been working fine www.jonasbrothersmerch.com at about 9am this morning if you try and checkout with a credit card you get a blank screen and the page freezes. the order does not go through and the product remains in the cart when you log back in. PayPal still works. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the authorize.net module and have the same result. We have not made any changes to the site for several days. i have search for post about the problem but they all seem to revolve around new installs.

    thank you for the reply. that was the first thing i did. The strange thing is it does not report any errors in my cache or in my cpanel error log. what is strange is it was working fine and i have not made any file chances in over a week. It's a dedicated server and i have another zen-cart on the same server it it is working fine, so it's not the server. I checked the file creation dates on all the files to check for hacks and they are all over a week old when i made my last changes. I'm at a loss???

    Okay, have you talked to your hosting company about changes THEY have made?

    In addition to file *dates*, have you checked the *content* of all your files?
