    Default Shipping by Weight

I am looking at setting up Shipping by Weight for my webstore. I have entered all the products and there rough weights and now i just need to know how to set it up so when a customer adds the items to the cart and wants to pay if total weight is between 0-10 £9.99 delivery 10-20 19.99 Delivery 20-35 £29.99 Delivery 35+ £39.99 Delivery or something along those lines.

    Any ideas??

You will probably be wanting to use either the Table Rates table or the Zone Rate zones shipping module ...

i also wanna to use the same method but im having problems:
    0lb-1lb = $5.00
    1lb-2lb =$10.00
    etc...

i selected table rate by wieght via admin>module>shipping, entered in my value like above but shipping still comes out zero. i dont think im entering the values right in the shipping table box.
how do i enter it exactly to the shipping table so the charges apply when customers checkout or estimate shipping?

ive searched but couldnt find an answer.
