Set Paypal for international payment only?

I offer Paypal and Authorize.net on my site. I want to set it so only Authorize is available for US orders and both Paypal and Authorize are available for international orders. How would I do this?

Build a Zone for the Rest of the World excluding the US or your definition of the Rest of the World and set that on the PayPal Payment module so it will only show for those countries ...

might help you find some zones already made for things like this that will be the same or close to what you are trying to build ...

Keep in mind that all of the US includes all Islands, Territories, Armed Services etc. so make sure you know what you mean by US in the definition ...
