store sends plain text newsletter even to the HTML subscriber

I just tested that and switching the subscriber between plain text and HTML had no effect on the newsletter, which always arrived in plain text.

How can this be a "BUG" when many many send html all the time?

You are right, the MIME HTML was off in the Email settings. It is very confusing that there are two places to turn on the HTML.

I am having the same problem sending html

I want to send this

but I just get the text at the top and bottom no pictures or hyperlinks.. what am I doing wrong? it all looks correct when I send it..

I have mime html set to true in e-mail settings, so what else could it be?

Any help much appreciated
