Mistik and mostly grey

I really like dark background templates and mistik and mostly grey will be my choice.. can I download either one as I am new user for zen cart using v1.3.8.1 ??

It does say free software add ons, and I think that would be 1.3.8a.

OKay, I will download from the site provided.. And do I still needs to create those custom folders as in the tutorials of How do I create a new Custom Template?

If you are going to use a template that you downloaded then you will not need that tutorial, if you are going to design your own template then you would need to follow that tutorial.
