Fedex Module not displaying, 1.3.8a (different issue from the rest)

I am having trouble getting this module to work again. I just transfered my server from linux to windows and the information for the FedEx module did not hold on the transfer. So I repopulated the information and now it shows me a white screen whenever I enter the shipping part of the checkout process. It also gives me a blank page when i click the "estimate shipping" button.

Does anybody have any ideas on what could be wrong?

completely uninstall and re-install the fedex module
there are path settings in there that need to be reset.

i deleted the files and re-uploaded them, still same problem. are there more files i need to change than the 4 that come with the add-on?

You might want to peek in the Free Software Add Ons for the Debug Tool and see what that shows you when you hit the error ...

you dont need to delete and re-upload,
go into your admin -> modules -> shipping and hit the uninstall button next to all of the shipping modules one at a time and then reinstall them by hitting the button and re-adding the info

do this for shipping and payment modules since you not only changed servers you changed Operating systems

apparently there is a failure at curl_init();. I know I don't have curl compiled into my php, will this stop fedex module from running?

It will stop any code needing curl ... check the file as I don't know if it does or doesn't use it ...

Yes it uses cURL,
