Question on USPS shipping

I am running Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8
On a linux host, and I am having a problem getting the USPS shipping options to work correctly.

I get an email saying access denied.

When I signed up for the account via USPS I was sent an email with both a user name and password, but in the USPS shipping module there is only a spot for a user name. Is this my problem? Or is there something else that I have missed.

USPS does not require the password any longer ...

The problem is most likely a combination of two things:

1 Get the current USPS shipping module

2 Call USPS and tell them to activate your account for the Production Server
