custom 404 page not found

I am trying to create a 404 page with links to my site for the urls that dont exist. Is there any way to get this done in zencart?

You can configure your 404 pages in the back end of your hosting account.

Do you know if you use CPanel or Plesk?

Ok ive had a look at my cpanel and it says that they will setup the error pages for me. All i have to do is design them. Is there a way for me to design 1 error page in zencart that looks like my main home page with my category links init?
