shipping cost based on shipping

I wold like to create 3 grups of shipping zone (italy, europe, rest of the world), were the shipping cost is not based on the weight of the shipping

example:

• I buy 1 article from Italy, and I pay 7 euros of shipping

• I buy 1000 article from Italy, and I pay ever 7 euros of shipping

how I can do this?

You can clone it for your three Zones or look at the Free Software Add Ons and there should be a Zone Flat shipping module that will help you out ...
