Problem with template layout

i have 1.3 version and a free template from support downloads. But thing is I correctly upload all file on server and follow all instructions, after that i still have problem with header images and backgroung. I also try to Upload my own logo file But result is same please help me in this.

2nd thing Is how to remove Big Zen logo from footer and header?

Is this problem can be solved from Admin panel?

When you FTPed your image, did you use ASCII or binary mode? (for images you need binary, ASCII for text files) Your FTP client should have and automatic mode and then you do not have to worry about it.
