    Default HTML Editor not available although updated in Configuration>My Store>HTML Editor

    Hi,

    I use ZC 1.3.7. My issue is that I am unable to use the HTML editor. I prefer to use Formatting for Product descriptions but unable to do so because I get only Plain Text editor.

    I have set Configuration>My Store>HTML Editor>HTMLAREA but still get only plain text editor.

    Unable to trace, what I am missing. Any help is appreciated.

    v1.3.7 is a very old and buggy version ...

    There is a setting in the Configuration ... My Store ... for whether this is on by default ...

    Note: the first time this is set you will still have to manually change it unless you logout and login again ...

    NOTE: I don't recall specifically if there was a bug in v1.3.7 years ago concerning this or not ...

    Thanks for your reply.

    Any suggestions on how I can have this issue rectified.

    The default is set as HTMLAREA. I logged out of admin and checked back.

    But I still get Plain text editor only.

    Is there anything else, i need to do.

    You might try a search on:
    HTMLAREA

    and look through the old threads and see if any of those help you resolve this issue ...

    NOTE: upgrading is a really nice idea ...
