Delete all Product and Categories

Hi, I just go to admin page, after a new install.
And I saw at the catalog section, there are many Categories and Products.
I don't want them all. And I'm planning to delete them all.

What is the fastest way to delete all the Product/Categories listing?

I mean like Check list option - select all, delete, or add, move linking

no there is not adelete all,
this would need to be done in the database
or as an sql query through sql updater

You could just delete each Catagory and this will delete all Products within it ...
