Hide/Display Pages

Sorry folks...either I am a real dummy or this is just not intuitive enough for me:

I had located the place where I could specify NOT to display Page 2. Now I want to display it again and I can't, for the life of me, find where I can turn that page on and off!

Also, is there a way to rename Page 2? I want the link to it to show up as Important Use Instructions or something like that.

go to configuration/define page status.

There you can set it on or off.
not sure how to rename it though

Rename it in includes/languages/english.php
