Option values attributes text

Is there a way I can get the Option values attributes text into the order email conformation sent to the customer after purchase? I have products without attribute options it is a kit and I would like to show all the products they will receive when purchasing the kit. I have these set up as attributes with radio buttons now so the customer is provided this info. But it doesn’t look to good and could be confusing when placing an order.

Yes, when ZenCart puts "please choose" and then all the products are selected, it's very confusing.

Attributes are generally used to provide the customer a choice, and listing the contents as attributes is probably going to make the customer think he has to choose from among the attributes. I'd remove them completely. I don't know of a way to list the product description in the confirmation invoice without custom coding, however.
