Default Adding all Option Values within an Option to a product

    Hey guys,

Is it possible to apply all Option Values within an option to a product at once, rather than applying each one separately?

For instance, I have an option of "Color" that has about 50 values in it. I want to apply "Color" to a product and simply have all of the Values applied with it, rather than defining them each separately. Can someone give me some quick instructions on how to do this, or point me to a thread that explains this? Thanks.

You are talking about this from an admin side - correct?
If so, one must set this up manually once but it can then be copied to other products or full categories

You might also peek in the Option Name Manager and you will notice there are severals neat tools there ...
Add ALL Option Values to ALL products for Option Name
Update ALL existing products that have at least ONE Option Value and Add ALL Option Values in an Option Name
Add ALL Option Values to ONE products for Option Name
Update ONE product that has at least ONE Option Value and Add ALL Option Values in an Option Name
Add ALL Option Values to ONE Category of products for Option Name
Update ONE Category of products, when the product has at least ONE Option Value and Add ALL Option Values in an Option Name
NOTE: Always Backup your database before making changes like this ...

You would have to give more specifics ...

There are a number of ways to copy attributes ...

If you wanted to Copy ALL sizes to ALL Products in 1 Category, you would add ALL sizes to 1 Product and then on the Attributes Controller you would use the Copy to Category at the top of the page ...
