Multiple free shipping options

A while ago Ajeh helped me to figure out how to set up the shipping so as you could have free shipping on orders over $50

You appear as if you have your site configured a little bit ... umm ... in error ...

Table Rate should be set to manage all Shipping charges until the order is >= $50.00 ...

To do this properly, you would NOT use the Free Shipping Options freeoptions shipping module as that is made to allow other shipping modules AND a Free Shipping Option to show at the same time ...

Instead you would use the Table Rate to manage the Shipping and then in the Modules ... Order Totals ... Shipping ot_shipping ... you would set the Free Shipping on Orders >= 50.00 ...

This has been brill until the wife changed her mind due to the ever increasing postal charges.

Now what she would like is this:

• £1 charge on orders under £10 - free for orders over £10 within the UK
  
• £2 charge on orders under £20 - free for orders over £20 within the EU
  
• £3 charge on orders under £30 - free for orders over £30 outside the EU

The website is running Zen-Cart version 1.3.8a with only a these few mods on - sales report, easy populate, uk zen and lightbox.

Any help on this would be hugely appriciated

Either clone the Table Rate table shipping module and make Zones for it ... or check the Free Software Add-ons and get search for:
zone table

for variations on shipping modules ...

I have posted a new thread.

I am trying to do something similar, but i do not want to offer freee shipping.

I would like to base my shipping on price for 90% of my products and weight for the remaining 10% any idea how, i really am a zen novice, i am using the latest version of zen (Zen Cart 1.3.8a)

any help would be appreciated
