I'm not sure where the confusion lies, but I am having a customer every month to two months entering both their street address as well as their PO Box address when filling out the shipping information. This becomes a particular problem when the PO Box is not in the same zip code as the street address.
Has anyone else had this problem? I'm thinking about adding some sort of text stating that they should only list the address where they want their product mailed. I'm not sure why they feel the need to supply two addresses.
