Customers listing PO boxes and street addresses

I'm not sure where the confusion lies, but I am having a customer every month to two months entering both their street address as well as their PO Box address when filling out the shipping information. This becomes a particular problem when the PO Box is not in the same zip code as the street address.

Has anyone else had this problem? I'm thinking about adding some sort of text stating that they should only list the address where they want their product mailed. I'm not sure why they feel the need to supply two addresses.

Is it always the same address every time?
Is it always the same P.O.Box every time?
Could it be that they are using you for a drop-shipper?

They may also just live out of town, AND rent a P.O. Box, which could give them a different zip. Are the street address and the P.O. Box still in the same town?

I'm almost certain it's a confusion thing ... I had one that left an address like this:

Joe Customer
123 Main St
PO Box 456 (90211)
Beverly Hills CA 90210

Why list your address like this? Does anyone see any reason to do this?
