define_pages_editor not reading template files

My template is showing up on the site, and in the admin area the other functions all seem to affect the template - changing sideboxes, etc. However, the define pages editor is only editing the files in html_includes, not html_includes/CUSTOM. Only the default pages appear in the dropdown.

If you have copied the defines pages to html_includes/your_template these should be the ones being edited

If you mean that you have additional pages that are not showing up then this is another issue...
