After clicking Add to Cart, the page won't display

After I click the Add to Cart button, the next page does not display. All I get is a blank page.

Can anyone help?

Sounds like a bad file on your site ...

Get from the Add-ons the Debug Tool and see if that helps in spotting the problem ...

Another test is to switch to the Classic Template and see if the problem disappears ... if so, this is a template issue ...

I did try switching to the classic template and still had the problem. I'm going to try the debug tool.

If you think of anything else please let me know.
