    Default USPS First Class Intl Canada not working

    hello,

    i am having a weird issue. Our Canadian customers are only able to choose Priority International. We use the USPS module I have all First Class Intl boxes checked. I have set the tare weight to 0 and still no option (for Canada only it seems). We have upgraded to 1.3.8a and it seems that it started then.

    I am a bit confused.
    we are in 94611 and it applies to all Canadian customers.

    any help would be much appreciated!!!

    It looks to be all international now...help!!!
