Need Some Help, Please!

Ok right, i have multiple products on my website. This is the idea

if someone purchases something with £8 shipping fee and then parts that cost £2.50 it adds it up to shipping as £10.50? But if i have multiple parts it add the amount of parts and shipping. So i have two sets of parts in my shoppin cart it add it up too £5. i dont want it to multiply on each product, but i want individual prices for every product.

I dont want the customer to add an item but they want 5 extra, the shippin amount should not multiply by 5!

This is really urgent.

What shipping module have you set up?
Is it based on items, weight, or total purchase amount?

well im using the per unit module, inputting the shipping price in the weight part.

Hello, yes ive already got this. What i mean is that if the product is added twice and the shipping amount is £2 then it will go up to £4 if there are too items the the same, so you have a quantity of 2?

Sounds like the shipping is functioning as set up.

Shipping per item cost x number ordered

Shipping for item A is $2.00

Purchase 2 item A shipping will be $4.00

You may want / need to consider alternate shipping methods.

I'm not sure where you are located and what your shipping costs are .

You could set up shipping based on order total, based on weight, or flat rate.

well im located in the UK, the shipping charge for small items such as parts is £3.00, Slightly Larger Parts £8 and then for other items will vary.

I just dont want it to multiply the shippin amount when adding more than one of the same product.

Do you ship only to the UK - there is a UK shipping mod in the free software add ons (tab above) that may work for you.
