Problem with Add'l Images on a Product

That extra green and white checkered flag image showing at the bottom should not be showing. I have no idea what I might have done to make this happen and so I have no idea how to turn that off. How do I fix this?

This is an image filename issue. Zen Cart uses the filenames to distinguish additional images, so when you have an image named pinplacementTCB.jpg for a product, it will see an image named pinplacementTCBS.jpg as belonging to the same product. Make sure no product's filename is completely contained in another filename.

Ok, thanks for that bit of information. That's nice to know. However I have another problem now.

I want the text box "Enter Color Choice" to be below the radio boxes. In the attributes controller I have the order for the text boxes to be first (0 and 1 respectively) and then the color choice text box to be next with an order of 2, but for some reason it continues to appear before the radio boxes. How do I fix this?

It's not something you should have to fix - they should appear in the order you set. You might try using all non-zero numbers for the sort orders, just in case "0" is handled differently.
