Some Customers Kicked Back to Login Page

My test orders go through fine.

I have had 2 customers mention this:

"I just tried an order again with the same result. Here's what happened

1. Log in: received message, Welcome Dorian
2. Clicked Category: selected Item
3. Box below showed: "Order Pending"
4. Clicked on it and was transferred back to Log In
5. Tried ordering a different item, and tried Checking Out, and was transferred back to Log In."

Customer just wanted to see Item description and was kicked back to the login page.

No bugs logged.

Any ideas?

Customer had cranked up his type set and therefore the layout was skewed he said.

Isn't 12px enough?
