Country restrictions by PayPal

I want to ask a question about country restruction by PayPal. If anybody using zen cart from pakistan or other restructed country which are not allow to use this service so how can these countries receive there payments and how can purchase a product through credit card Please Solve this major problem Thanks Mudaber achisite######################
