Default Mass deleting customers & orders from a test database

I've created a development site, and have an old version of my production database for use on the dev site. Is there a way to mass delete orders and customers?

I'm using 1.3.7, and have super orders installed, but don't see anyway to do it thru that.

quickest way to do it is via phpmyadmin - empty the following tables:
    address_book
    customers
    customers_basket
    customers_basket_attributes
    customers_info
    orders
    orders_products
    orders_products_attributes
    orders_products_download
    orders_status_history
    orders_total

    Hi,
How do you delete most orders except the latest, we copied the cart to a new site to save having to od all the mods again, but need to delete about 3000 orders from the old store, how do I do this without doing them one by one.

You could backup your database and try deleting in each of the orders tables where orders_id <= XXX where XXX is the highest of the old orders_id values ...

The idea being the assumption that your new or latest orders_id are of a higher value than your old ones ...
