Help with Override System Please.........

Ok, I have read just about every post abd FAQ on this website and still have lack of understanding. I'm new to all this but have some php knowledege.
My question is, I have set up my CUSTOM Template override folder as directed;

includes
/templates
/CUSTOM
/common
/css
/stylesheet
/images
/sideboxes
/templates
template_info.php

Upload your /CUSTOM folder to your server.

and I have my override system setup, just these two for now;

includes
/lannguages
/classic
/CUSTOM
/english.php (just changed the copyright name)
/english
/classic
/CUSTOM
/media_tags.php (just did title, tagline & keywords)

The copyright link at the bottom didn't change.

Any help would be appreciated.

Click free software add ons on the link on the top of this page

1. search for: Overides system
2. choose: overrides chart
3. download, unzip and print her
4. Very helpful

You already are using a custom template, namely cold_steel.

What did you think of that little pm, to get you straighten out..
What happened was the core of the override system was messes up.
