IE6 styling issue

Calling all CSS geniuses:

I'm a Mac user. I have ZC v1.3.8a installed on a Linux server. I'm using category tabs and I have installed the following mods:

• Admin Profiles v1.0.7
• Canada Post
• Ultimate SEO v2.106
• Column Layout Grid for zc v1.3.8
• Column Divider Pro v0.4
• Tiny MCE -- installed Feb 24/09
• Improved Attribute Controller
• Attribute Pop-up v1.0.3
• Zen Lightbox v1.5
• Category Dressing v2.6
• CH Category
• Internet Explorer Stylesheet Over-rides
  

The mods in red are the ones I'm concerned about.

If you view the site in Firefox, IE7, or Safari, it looks very close to what I'm hoping to achieve. However, in IE 6, I cannot seem to get the list to move to the left nor can I get the selected category tab to have a completely white background.

I'm using category specific stylesheet in my custom folder as well as the IE6 specific stylesheet. I've tried positioning as relative, absolute and as many combinations as I could think of.

Can anyone help me figure this out? Pleaaaaase

add the code in red to this rule in your style. to move the categories in right location in IE6.. not tested in IE 7

nevermind that change. it seems there is more issue with IE6

Thanks for replying to my post.

Actually it I placed the code in ie6_stylesheet.css and it worked for the yarns category; I just have to move it horizontally. But the patterns category have completely disappeared. Also, I noticed a gap between the header logo and the contentMainWrapper table. any ideas?

Thanks for putting in the time, I was starting plan a decisive annihilation of IE6 ;)
