JQuery + ZenCart

I just installed ZenCart 3 days ago and I have been reading up on it and tweaking it. I've mostly been all up in CSS but I want to add JQuery so I can do some nice effects.

My problem is I don't know how to install JQuery to run with ZenCart.
I have a linux server with godaddy and I can attempt to install JQuery but when I chose the database it will not install because ZenCart is present in the database I select.

So what should I do?

Jquery is just a js framework, there is nothing to install. Read more about how zencart use javascript the doc folder goes with your zen package, also take a look at
