Change address for existing customer

Hi, I have a customer that wants to order some more products but has moved since his last order. When he goes to check out and change address it goes to a blank screen. Is there a way to fix this?
I have the 3.8 version.

Probably corrupt file or 2 for that function???

I am not sure what you mean by where is your site?

I also posted about 6 months about a problem I was having with my site not allowing a customer to change there ship to address. My web guy did everything that was suggested and it still doesn't work.
It sounds like these two problems are related.

I did not see the issue you describe??

But also tried to order and then change shipping address and get your site but the center is blank

Look at replacing the file named similar to checkout_shipping_address

What version of Zen Cart is this?

Replace these files in your includes/templates/template_default/templates/ folder and check that you either do or do not have these overridden if they exist in includes/templates/darkness//templates/

tpl_checkout_shipping_address_default.php
tpl_modules_checkout_new_address.php
tpl_modules_checkout_address_book.php

One way is to install the master password module and then one can log in as the customer and edit the addressbook and order details
