USPS International Shipping Rates too High

I installed the current module and the patch, following the instructions. I'm still getting only one rate for international, the priority shipping rate, even on a 1 oz. item.

anybody have a suggestion for fixing this? I've seriously tried everything I can think of, have uninstalled and re-installed the USPS module any number of times, removed the tare weights, added and subtracted various postage options for international mail, and still get only the priority rate for an order, no matter the weight of the item (1 oz still comes up @ $20.00 priority, with no first class option offered, even though it's checked off). Domestic mail is working just fine, it's just international shipping that's not working (and had been working fine until a week or so ago.) HELP!!!

How did you write the 1oz on the product?

View the file, on your server, for:
/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php

What is the line near the top for the ID read?

The files for usps.php on your server appear to be older, out dated version, based on a search with the Developers Tool Kit for usps.php ...

Be sure to look in:
/zen/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php
/zen/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/usps.php

Get the updated USPS shipping module from:
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=97461

Then load the new files to your server ...

Do a REMOVE, then do an INSTALL, and reconfigure your USPS shipping module to correct these issues ...
