I have seen some threads that are close to my problem but none address it specifically.

I am using V1.3.8

I created a zone called Continental USA with the ISO codes of US and USA

I have deleted all other countries as well as non-continental USA places such as Guam and Puerto Rico.

I only have the one shipping zone

I want to use PP express. In testing I am using my own address in California. When PP returns me to my website it has created a new address based on my PP address which does not state "Continental USA" but does show a state which is part of my zone.

Zencart now states that "we are not shipping to the region at this time" . If I choose an address from my Address book that shows "Continental USA" the order will proceed.

I may have figured this out but my customer may not and he will walk away.

I am pretty sure this is failing due to the zone but I am concerned about making changes because then all the current customers address book entries will fail.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
