How to setup Simple Google Analytics?

I try to set up Simple Google Analytics, and follow all the instruction, but when I see the google analystic status is not on, can any one help me out.

sorry I forget put my web : www.boxertiedown.com , and I using google analytic account for another web is working fine.

I got it , I just follow the UA-xxxxxxx-xx actually it just need UA-xxxxxxx and donot need -xx the last two digit to track

It is still not working, when I check the google analytics status , it just work once, and not working anymore, is anything wrong with my set up . please let me know, my web site is www.boxertiedown.com

finally I realize how to use simple google analytic tool, we have to put the all AU-xxxxxxx-xx to keep track the web, because the last two digits is for different web address. for example I have two different domain name, so the first AU-XXXXXXX should be the same, and the last 2 digit is analysis two different domain
